Requesting HOA Documents
To contact the HOA Board of Directors, please send an email to the HOA at firstname.lastname@example.org. The emails are monitored by the Board. Board Members are volunteers so it will take time for a response, please be patient. Include your information so we can contact you back.
The “Residents Information Sheet” (Downloads) must be emailed to the HOA no later than the closing date. Also the new owner must email the HOA on the day of closing. This is to make sure we have a correct and current email address for the new owner.
There is a $150 fee for all New Homeowner Packages which must be paid in advance of recieving the package.
We will email you an invoice which you will pay online through a link. Current Owner must pay any outstanding dues prior to sell. Foward closing paperwork to the HOA at: 60 W Wainwright Drive, Poquoson, Va. 23662
