Homeowners are responsible for all actions taken by their tenants.  Please make sure they are aware of the rules and regulations found on the HOA website.  Homeowners are responsible for dues not their tenants.  It is the owners responsibility to notify the HOA of your tenants information using the “Residents Information Sheet” (Downloads) found in the Downloads page.
